Upon your arrival at either Kigali International Airport in Rwanda or Entebbe International Airport in Uganda, you will begin your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. The road trip to Bwindi takes approximately 4-5 hours from Kigali or 8-9 hours from Entebbe, offering scenic views along the way. As you reach Bwindi, you will check-in at your chosen lodge or camp, nestled within the lush forest. Take some time to settle in and immerse yourself in the captivating natural surroundings.
Day 02: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
After an early breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters for a comprehensive briefing on gorilla trekking. Here, you will be assigned to a small group of trekkers and introduced to your experienced guide. Each group is allocated a specific gorilla family to track, and the treks are carefully managed to ensure minimal disruption to the gorillas and their habitat. With the guidance of your expert tracker, you will embark on an exhilarating trek through the dense forest, following trails and signs left by the gorillas
Day 03: Departure from Bwindi
On your final day in Bwindi, you will enjoy a delicious breakfast amidst the serene surroundings of the forest.
