Day 01: Arrival in Entebbe

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by your guide who will transfer you to your hotel in Entebbe. Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to take a leisurely walk along the shores of Lake Victoria or rest and prepare for your adventure ahead.

Day 02: Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, depart for Murchison Falls National Park. En route, make a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided nature walk to see the endangered rhinos in their natural habitat. Continue to the park, arriving in the late afternoon. Relax at your lodge and enjoy stunning views of the Nile River.

Day 03: Murchison Falls National Park

Start your day with a game drive in the park, where you may see elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, and more. After lunch, take a boat safari on the Nile River to the base of Murchison Falls, the world’s most powerful waterfall. Keep an eye out for hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species.

Day 04: Kibale Forest National Park

Drive to Kibale Forest National Park, the primate capital of the world. The journey will take you through beautiful countryside landscapes, and you will have the opportunity to stop in small towns and markets along the way. Arrive at your lodge in the afternoon and relax or take a walk in the nearby village.

Day 05: Kibale Forest National Park

In the morning, set off for chimpanzee trekking in the forest. The trek will take you through the lush jungle as you search for these fascinating primates. After lunch, take a guided walk in the nearby Bigodi Swamp to spot a variety of bird species, butterflies, and other wildlife.

Day 06: Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park, which boasts a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, leopards, hippos, and more. Along the way, stop at the equator for a photo opportunity and a demonstration of the equator’s physical phenomena. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive in the park.

Day 07: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Set off early in the morning for a game drive in the park, where you may spot a variety of animals including lions, elephants, buffaloes, and more. After lunch, take a boat safari on the Kazinga Channel, where you can see hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species.

Day 08: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

After breakfast, head to the Ishasha sector of the park in search of the resident tree-climbing lions and other wildlife in the area. After lunch, continue to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to the endangered mountain gorillas.

Day 09: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

The highlight of your trip will be the gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Spend the morning hiking through the dense forest in search of these gentle giants. Once you find the gorilla family, you will spend an hour observing them in their natural habitat.

Day 10: Entebbe and Departure

After breakfast, transfer back to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to stop for lunch and to buy souvenirs at local markets.
